All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is collected via Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. We accept:
Invoices for recurring services are automatically billed based on the agreed-upon billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, etc.). Custom campaign projects may require a deposit or upfront payment.
We strive to deliver value and results for every client. However, due to the time, labor, and digital nature of our services, all payments are considered final.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are typically not offered once campaign work has begun. That said, we understand exceptional situations arise. In rare cases where there is a clear failure to deliver contracted services or extraordinary circumstances (e.g., duplicate payments, system errors), we may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

We do not require long-term contracts. Clients are free to cancel at any time, with cancellations taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate service due to non-payment, abusive behavior, or breach of our Terms of Service.
As a service-based business, returns are not applicable. Lead Flow Depot services are offered to clients located in countries supported by Stripe and not subject to U.S. sanctions. We reserve the right to decline service to customers where legal, regulatory, or operational constraints apply.
